A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY JOURNEY INTO DESIGN.

HOW DID I GET HERE?
I've always been fuelled by my curiosity for the world around me, a trait that's rooted in my international background. Being half English, half Colombian, and having a childhood split between The Philippines and Hong Kong, I've always sought a career that embraces diverse perspectives.
This eagerness to learn about different people and subjects has led me down various paths, from studying philosophy and archaeology at UCL to nurturing my artistic side through painting, digital collaging, and sketching. However, it was my experience in sociable roles like hospitality and personal assistance that really taught me to be observant and understanding.
Product design now feels like a field that is suited for an interdisciplinary background, where curiosity about others, creativity, and tech converge. It offers the ideal playground to tackle engaging problems. As a product designer, I hope to always approach challenges with a playful spirit, blending insights from various disciplines to craft solutions that truly resonate with people.
Each day in this field presents new learning opportunities, and I'm always eager to hear about other experiences, so don't hesitate to get in touch!
